Penza, 12 June 2015. PenzaNews. 22 couples living in the Penza region will celebrate their marriage on Russia Day and City Day, June 12.

The day’s marriage ceremonies will be held using a special scenario, the regional civil registry department informed PenzaNews agency.

“The families who will start their time together on Russia Day will be the first to receive the special addresses from Ivan Belozertsev, the acting governor of the Penza region,” the officials elaborated.

With every year, Russia Day is becoming more and more important for people, growing into a simple of national unity and common responsibility for the present and the future of the Motherland, the department representatives stressed.

“Last year, 12 Penza region couples married on June 12,” the civil registry department recalled.
