Penza to hold regional firemen skill competition

Penza, 14 June 2015. PenzaNews. A championship of the EMERCOM department for the Volga Federal District and the competition of the VFD volunteer firemen skill competition will begin in Penza on Thursday, June 25.

The official openings will be held at 18.00.

“The competition includes ladder climbing, obstacle race, biathlon, firemen relay and speed deployment,” the press service of the Penza region EMERCOM head department informed PenzaNews agency.

According to them, the entry to the events will be free of charge, and visitors from the whole federal district are offered to watch them in person.

“The competitions will continue on ‘Pervomaisky’ stadium until June 28,” the press service clarified.
