Nearly 500 anti-terror legislation violations registered in region

Penza, 16 June 2015. PenzaNews. The prosecutor’s office of the Penza region has registered a total of 485 violations of the anti-terrorism legislation since the beginning of 2015.

“We held 375 audits over this timespan,” Yulia Makarova, Senior Assistant Attorney of the region in Media Relations, informed PenzaNews agency.

She added that the officials issued 239 notes and addressed the court with 98 appeals in order to rectify the violations.

“A prosecutor’s audit aims to ensure that the Russian Constitution laws remain supreme and the anti-terrorism legislation is fulfilled,” the speaker stressed.
