Penza, 16 June 2015. PenzaNews. The children of the Penza region can now attend education courses on Islam.

Among the current course attendees in Penza are some 20 young Muslim girls studying in the primary school. The boys are expected to enroll after the end of Ramadan.

In Srednaya Yelyuzan village, the courses are held both for boys and girls of the school age at the same time: the girls have lessons on Quran reading, recital and other Quran-related sciences, while the boys learn the basics of the Islamic religion.

Similar courses can be organized in other towns and villages of the region during the summer holidays, the press service of the Muslim spiritual directorate in the Penza region informs.
