Penza, 17 June 2015. PenzaNews. The residents of the instrument manufacturing cluster of the Penza region have presented their innovations at Army 2015 international military and technical forum.

The event opened on Tuesday, June 16, in “Patriot” military-patriotic park of the Russian Armed Forces located in Kubinka town of the Moscow region.

“‘Yumirs,’ ‘Yumirs Techno-design-center,’ ‘CSPES NIKIRET,’ ‘Radiorubezh’ are taking part in the exhibition that includes over 50 dedicated zones and sections. The enterprises are presenting the engineering and technical protection innovations, including ‘Makhaon’ barricade devices and ‘Radescan’ detectors,” the general director of the Center of Cluster Development Mikhail Lyashkov informed PenzaNews agency.

Moreover, he added that the general director of “Yumirs” Andrei Klyuev held a report titled “New Principles And Technologies of Murena-KS Area Protection Complex” at the roundtable discussion “Technical Measures of Military Object Defense and Surveillance. Potential for Development.”

“The demonstration of our high-end achievements in technologies useful to the military will help develop our scientific and engineering capital for the improvement of Russian defensive capabilities and stimulate the creation of new solutions for improving our state’s security,” the speaker stressed.

The Penza companies that take part in the exhibition are financially supported by the Center of Cluster Development, Mikhail Lyashkov noted.

Army 2015 international military and technical forum, organized by the Russian Ministry of Defense, will be open until June 19.

Among the guests of the event are the Russian President Vladimir Putin and the Minister of Defense Sergei Shoygu.

The state corporations, defense industry enterprises, leading R&D organizations, universities, as well as developers of armaments and military and dedicated vehicles will be presenting their innovative hi-tech concepts and creations during the forum.
