Penza, 18 June 2015. PenzaNews. The head of Penza Victor Kuvaytsev has reached the seventh place in the May 2015 media rating of the heads of the main cities in the Volga Federal District compiled by Medialogia.

According to the published data, Victor Kuvaytsev’s media index is 481.33 points.

The leaders of the rating are Ilsur Metshin, mayor of Kazan; Oleg Grischenko, head of Saratov; and Oleg Sorokin, head of Nizhny Novgorod.

The Penza mayor Yuri Krivov was listed the fifth in the VFD regional administration heads media rating with a score of 749.79 points.

The top three of the latter list are Oleg Kondrashov, head of Nizhny Novgorod administration; Oleg Furtsev, city manager of Samara; and Alexey Ladykov, head of Cheboksary administration.
