Penza thief who stole 35 kilograms of meat from store faces criminal case

Penza, 22 June 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza police have opened a criminal case on the theft of 35 kilograms of meat from a city kiosk on Kizhevatova street. The culprit broke into the building at night through the roller shutters, the press service of the regional Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

“The investigators established his identity. He appeared to be a Penza resident, 36, with a criminal record,” they said.

According to the officials, the man confessed to the crime.

“He said he used the stolen meat for food,” the police explained.
