Penza region’s best goods and services to be named in city on June 24

Penza, 22 June 2015. PenzaNews. The coordination council on quality assurance to the Penza region Ministry of Industry will be naming the companies and industries that will be representing the region at the All-Russian contest “Russia’s 100 Best Goods.” The committee will begin its work on Wednesday, June 24.

The regional stage of the contest received applications from 35 companies with 94 kinds of goods and services, the head of standard formulation department of the Penza Center of Standardization and Metrology Olga Dikareva informed PenzaNews agency.

“We screened the applications in five categories: Foods, Industry Goods for General Population, Industrial and Technical Goods, Public Services and Industrial and Technical Services,” the speaker said.

According to her, the expert committee has already reviewed the samples of the goods and the reports on the services.

“Each set includes personal documents on the goods: certificates, declarations, test protocols and so on. This precedes the documents on the enterprise: ecology and staff policy, energy saving, energy efficiency,” Olga Dikareva explained.

She added that the coordination quality council will name the laureates and the winners of the regional contest “Penza Region’s Best Enterprises and Industries” using the procedure of “Russia’s 100 Best Goods.”

The Penza region has been implementing the program “Russia’s 100 Best Goods” for 18 years.

The winning goods and services of the federal stage will be granted the right to include the logo of the program in the depiction of their goods and services for two years afterwards.

The winners are also included in the catalogue “Russia’s 100 Best Goods.”
