Penza region to receive 145 mln rubles to construct “Otvel” industrial park

Penza, 25 June 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region will receive 145 million rubles from the federal budget to continue the construction of “Otvel” industrial park.
The competition committee on SME support subsidy applicants among Russian regions announced its decision during the session of the Russian Ministry of Economic Development held on Thursday, June 25.
The funds will be used to erect the inner walls of the object, says the press service of the Penza region Ministry of Investment Development and Foreign Trade.
“Otvel” industrial park is located in the Bessonovsk area of the Penza region. It spans over a territory of 136.87 hectares by the M5 “Ural” federal highway.
The object has been under construction since 2013 using regional and federal funds. It received over 230 million rubles in 2013-2014.
The external communications of the location has been completed in 2014, and the construction works are scheduled to be completed in late 2017.
The chief resident of “Otvel” industrial park is “Ozgur Bricks,” a Turkish company that currently prepares to open its ceramic bricks production factory using the facilities. The company aims to produce the first batch of ceramic bricks there as early as in Q1 2016.
