Penza, 26 June 2015. PenzaNews. Colonel Alexander Tsaplyuk was introduced to the personnel of the Penza artillery engineering institute as its acting head on Friday, June 26. He was placed on this position by the personnel order of the Russian Minister of Defense No. 392, dated June 18 2015.

The order was read aloud during the introduction procedure held at the main square of the institute.

Moreover, the gathering learned of the information in the order on assigning the committee on collection and transfer of competences and office of the head of the Penza artillery engineering institute.

The procedure may last until June 29.

All present at the event were asked to submit their complaints, if any, to the new head of the artillery institute.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the former head of the Penza artillery engineering institute Alexander Plyusch, who held the office since 1997, left it for retirement.

Alexander (Izofovich) Tsaplyuk was born in 1965. He graduated the Khmelnitsk higher artillery and command training school and the Mikhailovsk military artillery academy.

He has two orders and a medal “For Merit to the Motherland.”
