The management of the educational institutions are instructed to organize their own patrols and involve teachers and parents in them, the press service of the Penza region Ministry of the Interior department informed PenzaNews agency.

“Moreover, our department addressed the regional government with a suggestion to introduce a ban on alcohol sales from 8.00 am of Saturday, June 27, to 8.00 am of Sunday, June 28, for protection of public safety,” the police said.
