Dmitry Semin re-elected United Russia Youth Guard regional headquarters chief

Penza, 27 June 2015. PenzaNews. The leader of the regional headquarters for the Youth Guard of the United Russia Dmitry Semin has been re-elected for the second term in his office during the 12th report and election conference of the organization that was held in the Penza center of culture and leisure on Friday, June 26, that involved some 100 people.

Among the guests of the event were Kseniya Vladimirova, coordinator of the Youth Guard in the Volga Federal District, Tatarstan State Council deputy; and Anton Khaschenko, member of the organization’s Central Headquarters.
During the conference, Dmitry Semin gave a report on the activities of the Penza branch over the last two years, and presented his plans for the future of the Youth Guard.
“The youth tends to get together. By accumulating joint ideas and plans, we hope to make big objectives for the improvement of Russia’s life come true,” he said.
The delegates also voted for the eight new members of the regional organization board, as well as the new contents of the regional civil council and control and revision committee, says the press service of the Youth Guard of the United Russia in the region reports.
