The youth represent the great creative potential of our city, its labor, intellectual and creative resource. We are proud to see the achievements of our compatriots who already increase the standing of Penza on national and international level with their achievements in sports and science,” he noted.

The energy, the inquisitive minds and the potential to generate new ideas make the youth a cornerstone of city’s development, stressed Victor Kuvaytsev.
