Vyacheslav Reshetnikov, former head of the Sverdlovsk department, will now lead the Moscow bank of Sberbank, says Interfax.

Mikhail Kisel, Ph. D. in Economics, was born in 1973.

In 1995, he graduated the Saratov State Economy Academy. His first place of work was “Proinvest,” a Saratov-based investment company.

Mikhail Kisel has been involved in the banking field since 1994. He went from the head of the fund department to the deputy board chairman of Saratov Bank, from head of currency transactions, summary economic transactions and accounting to the deputy board chairman of “Povolzhsky Nemetsky Bank.”

He led the Saratov branch of the Moscow Bank of Reconstruction and Development in 2006-2009, and headed the Penza branch of VTB for two years, until January 2012.

In January 2012, Mikhail Kisel was appointed the advisor to the chairman of Povolzhye bank in Sberbank.

Until August 28, 2012, he worked as the manager of the Penza branch of Sberbank.
