Penza, 2 July 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza head Victor Kuvaytsev met the representatives of “Domostroitel” company that is currently construction new apartment buildings on a Zapadnaya Polyana area land plot given to it in the 90-s.

The vice-mayor Irina Shirshina also attended the meeting.

The event was mainly dedicated to rectifying the issues that hinder the construction process. In particular, they noted that a part of the allocated land plot was given to a kindergarten and a physical education complex, and now “Domostroitel” requires an equivalent land plot extension nearby.

The company representatives expressed their worries that the land plot may be bought over by squatters not interested in continuing construction works in an auction that was made obligatory as of March 1, 2015.

Victor Kuvaytsev, Anna Shirshina and members of “Domostroitel” agreed to analyze the legal side of the issue and fine the way to resolve it within the bounds of legislation, says the press service of the Penza City Duma.
