Penza, 2 July 2015. PenzaNews. Three Penza region NGOs have won the first Presidential grants contest of 2015.

Among them was the project “Happy Family – Sound Region, Powerful Russia!” by the Penza region civil organization of the successful families “We Are Together,” that received 3 million rubles.

Moreover, a grant of 2.5 million rubles was allocated to the project “Resource Centers for NGOs to Support Families, Motherhood and Childhood” by the charity foundation “Pokrov.”

Another grant, for a total value of 500,000 rubles, will be assigned to the Penza Expertise Center of Integrated Security, an autonomous educational organization of vocational education, for the project “Make Yourself.”

The contest involved a total of 4,380 applications from NGOs. 436 of them have won.

A total of 17 NGOs of the Penza region were involved in the project and submitted 22 applications, says the press service of the regional government.
