The officials designed the area with the convenience for the visitors in mind: the new center includes an e-queue system, a comfortable waiting hall and a children’s zone.

The residents of the city may use 190 federal, regional and municipal services, from passport replacement to landplot cadastre registration.

35 assistants will be working with the queue at the same time, reducing the waiting period to a minimum.

One of the first people to visit the new multipurpose center was the acting governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev, who announced that the federal budget allocated 24.5 million rubles for its construction.

“A big ‘thank you’ to the construction companies for the high-quality work. Now the multipurpose center staff will take it from here. We aim not only to simplify the service system for the people and synchronize the work of various government institutions, but also keep the visitors comfortable, reduce their expenses and waiting time,” the press service of the Penza region government quotes the head of the region.
