Israeli oncology doctors to share experience with Penza colleagues

Penza, 9 July 2015. PenzaNews. A delegation of oncology doctors from the Horev Medical Center in Israel will arrive to Penza for an experience exchange meeting on Thursday, July 23.

Among the guests of the region are professor Arie Bitterman, director of the mammary gland surgery institute; professor Ofer Lavi, director of the surgery obstetrics institute; Professor Beni Alex, director of the gastric oncology institute; and Roman Barak, practicioner, director of the general diseases institute.
Over the span of several days, the doctors will hold medical services management lessons for the Penza oncologists, physicians, obstetricians, chief medical officers and general practicioners.
In particular, they plan to read the lectures titled “Conservative Surgery on Cervical Tumors,” “Reproduction Potential for Women after Oncology Treatment Surgery of Cervical Tumors,” “Newest Treatment Procedures for Colorectal Cancer,” and more.
The Israeli professionals also will visit the regional oncology treatment center to inspect several departments and hold consultations with some of the outpatients the day after.
Moreover, one of the Penza oncologists will potentially leave to have temporary internship at Horev Medical Center to learn new practices for the oncology treatment center.
Moreover, the guests of the region will hold a press conference at the end of their visit, says the press service of the Penza region Health Ministry.
