Penza, 11 July 2015. PenzaNews. The first all-Russian arts and crafts festival “Kanitel” opens in Penza on Saturday, July 11, at the square by “Penza” cinema and concert hall. It attracted over 200 people, unions and organizations skilled in arts and crafts from various regions of the country, including Samara, Saratov, Ulyanovsk, Rostov-on-Don, Tolyatti, Murom and Omsk.

The visitors of the crafts fair can buy handmade soap, decoupage works, cloth and felted dolls, crockery, and many other goods and souvenirs.

The festival will feature over a dozen of free workshops dedicated to five themes: “Flower Shop,” “Bathhouse Shop,” “Décor Shop,” “Traditional Crafts,” and “Soft Works.”

Moreover, the event will feature performances of bands and soloists of “Penzaconcert.”
