Thirty Kuznetsk families with many children to receive free land plots
Kuznetsk, 14 July 2015. PenzaNews. The Kuznetsk city administration in the Penza region has allocated 30 land plots for a one-time free ownership provision for families with many children who seek to construct their own houses.
These plots of land, for a total of 30,200 sq. feet, are located on Kiseleva, Abramova and Geroya Rossiyi D. Yafarova streets.
The Kuznetsk city administration has already provided 243 such land plots to big families.
They are provided to parents with three or more children, or to those with the third or subsequent newborn or adopted child with two more underage children living under the same roof. According to the law, the children in question must be born after January 1, 2011, while the underage children must be born earlier.
To apply for the land plot, a family must send a request to the local authorities at their point of residence in written form, says the Kuznetsk city administration.
