Penza, 17 July 2015. PenzaNews. The Joseph Stalin monument installed on the grounds of the regional committee of the Communist Party branch in Penza will move from Darvina street to Kirova street, the State Duma deputy Vladimir Simagin told PenzaNews agency.

“We bought a land plot for the regional committee in the city center and plan to move the monument there,” he said.

According to Vladimir Simagin, this intended procedure is scheduled for September 2015.

“It will be located on 24B, Kirova street,” the deputy clarified.
