Penza, 18 July 2015. PenzaNews. The transportation prosecutor’s office took measures to ensure a representative of UTair airline in the Penza airport as per the guarantees listed in the state legislation.

The prosecutor held an audit on compliancy to the consumer rights legislation and the airline laws, the senior assistant to the Volga Federal District transportation prosecutor on media and public relations Maya Ivanova told PenzaNews agency.

“We have established that UTair has been flying Penza-Moscow-Penza regular transfers from June 2015, but did not ensure the law-listed representative in the Penza airport,” the speaker said.

She added that the transportation prosecutor addressed the court to make the airline comply.

“The Penza transportation prosecutor’s office is watching the process,” Maya Ivanova noted.
