“The subcontractors should just rectify the small issues, and, if the residents of the homes have no objection, the protocols will be signed early next week,” he said.
According to the head of the Mokshan area administration Sergei Krivenkov, the roof repairs in 21 house of Tsarevschino and Muratovka villages that sustained roof and attic damages are fully complete.
“The roof coverings are nearly all fixed. After all the protocols are signed, the subcontractors will get paid,” he explained.
5 million 277 thousand rubles was allocated for repairs, the area administration informs.
However, some residents in Muratovka did the repairs on their own, not willing to wait for help.
Dmitry Semenov assured them that they will be reimbursed the money spent on repairs by the subcontractor.
“You must provide all papers that document your expenses,” he noted.
At the same time, three subcontractors were involved in repairs of eight houses damaged by hurricane wind in Issa village, including one apartment building.
Each repair type was allocated its own sum of money, for a total of 2 million 245 thousand rubles, explained the head of the Issa area administration Alexander Kuligin.
The repairs of the most damaged building that lost its roof, the attic, and later the ceiling of the house proper due to collapsed brickwork, will begin in the middle of the upcoming week.
According to Dmitry Semenov, the money saved on roof repairs will be used for reconstructing chimney pipes, reports the press service of the Penza region government.
