Penza FAS committee postpones “TNS Energo Penza” case

Penza, 18 July 2015. PenzaNews. The review of the case by the regional Federal Antimonopoly Service department against “TNS Energo Penza” on competition law violation is postponed until late August 2015.

“The Penza FAS committee received the case materials and the evidence on July 16, 2015,” the press service of the government body informed PenzaNews agency.

The department added that they heard out the pleas of both sides.

“In conclusion, the committee ruled that additional information and evidence needed on both sides for an unbiased review of the case,” the press service explained.
