Penza, 22 July 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza police installed four “Krisp-P” mobile road photocamera sets designed to locate cars assigned to the drivers who had their licenses lifted.

The cars stopped based on the camera signal are checked for court orders on lifted licenses, the press service of the Penza region police department informed PenzaNews agency.

“If the signal is correct, the driver will be fined and their car towed,” the traffic police explained.

They reminded that driving with lifted licenses may face an fine of 30,000 rubles or administrative detention for 15 days, or public labor for 100 to 200 hours.
