According to her claim, the copy of which became available to PenzaNews agency on Wednesday, July 22, “Konstantinovo” located in the Penza area of the Penza region works in agriculture, including plant farming, and its farms are located on municipal land plots in the Shemysheika area.
“‘Konstantinovo’ works on this land without any documents, so this is an illegal land plot occupation. Neither the local nor the state authorities are doing anything in relation to this,” the report reads.
“Please hold an audit of the illegal occupation and use of the land plot owned by the Shemysheika area of the Penza region by ‘Konstantinovo’,” it continues.
As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the acting governor of the Penza region Ivan Belozertsev instructed his subordinates to review the cadastre pricing of the land plots in the region and in the city on June 29.
According to the Federal Cadastre Chamber of Rosreestr, the data for the Penza region as of early June 2015 shows that the region has 1,462 “Residential area land” plots with a cost of 1 ruble assigned in the state property cadastre, which were formed during the changes to the general plans of residential areas after January 1, 2012, when farming lands were added to the city zone without the accompanying changes on land plot prices.
Being invested in the issue of bringing additional income to the local budget, the authorities have the rights to review the prices of the land plots in cadastre if they deem it low.
