Penza, 23 July 2015. PenzaNews. The number of divorces in the Penza region over the first six months of 2015 dropped by 18.2% compared to the same period a year ago.

The divorces dropped the most in Penza (by 17.7%), the Kuznetsk area (by 18.5%), the Bashmakovo area (by 29%) and the Gorodische area (by 33.7%).

The Penza citizens registered 3,524 marriages and 2,571 divorces, the press service of the Penza region government informed PenzaNews agency.

“People usually hold the most marriages in July to September,” the press service noted.
