Penza, 25 July 2015. PenzaNews. The city of Zarechny in the Penza region seeks to create a Play-Doh animated cartoon for children about the history of the location and the company “Start,” the basis of the residential area.

The cartoon will be created in the Zarechny city central library in August-December 2015 as part of the project “Let there always be city! Let there always be me!” that won the second stage of the “Rosatom” contest.

The project was developed under the guise of the workers union organization in “Start” company, says its website.
