Penza, 28 July 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city officials will create a plan to attract investors and create full-fledged rest areas by September 1, the head of the Urban Amenities Department Mikhail Kudimov announced during the weekly meeting in the Penza city hall on Tuesday, July 28.

“Creation of such areas will help monitor forests for fire hazards and prevent illegal waste dumps,” he noted.

Mikhail Kudimov added that they plan to use experience of other municipalities.

During the meeting, the mayor Yuri Krivov suggested to choose three to four possible locations, develop improvement plans for each and then move on.

“The Belinskly park within its current boundaries, together with the ‘health walkway,’ the Olympic Alley and the forest area in the Zapadnaya Polyana neighborhood must be the first point,” he said.

The list of other suggested locations included areas in GPZ-24 and Akhuny neighborhoods, as well as area by the Lastochkiny hills, the press service of Penza city administration informed PenzaNews agency.
