Penza, 3 August 2015. PenzaNews. The state autonomous healthcare institution of the Penza region “Children’s dentist clinic” led by the deputy secretary of the regional Civic Chamber Elena Blaschuk announced a procurement auction for a Hyundai ix35 car.

Based on the information available on the state procurement website, the starting (maximum) price of the auction is 1 million rubles.

The August 3 auction protocol lists only two organizations who decided to be involved: “Vega Servis” from Moscow with an offer of 930,000 rubles, and “Sura-Motors-Servis” from Penza with 925,000 rubles.

As a result, the Penza company won the auction and is to provide the car within three days after the signature.

The institution decided that the car must be released in 2015 with black paint and clothed black interior.

The guarantee must be provided for 3 years or until 100,000 km of use, whichever ends earliest.

The supplier is obliged to provide guarantee services within Penza city.
