Penza, 4 August 2015. PenzaNews. 848 people have enrolled in the Penza State University during the first wave of the general enrollment campaign, according to the decree signed by the PSU principal Alexander Gulyakov on Tuesday, August 4.

These will fill 80% of the budget-sponsored seats in the university, while the second wave of enrollment will take place on August 7, says the university website.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, 439 students enrolled into the university using dedicated or special procedures on July 30.
