Penza, 13 August 2015. PenzaNews. The practical stage of the regional competition of professional skills among welders employed in the machine-building complex of the Penza region, was launched in Kamensky technical school of industrial technology and business on Thursday, August 13.

It gathered 22 people representing 22 factories.

Each participant has to perform a test piece using manual arc welding with coated electrodes.

The works will be subjected to visual and measuring control with further radiographic inspection.

The theoretical stage of the competition will take place next Friday, August 14, in the Penza State University.

Then the winners and runners-up of professional skills contest will be named, the press service of the Ministry of Industry, business development, innovation policy and informatization of the Penza region informs.
