Penza, 13 August 2015. PenzaNews. Over 5,600 statements on temporary restriction of the debtor's right to travel outside Russia have been issued by the Penza region department of the Federal Service of Count Bailiffs in the six months of 2015.

“Given the high efficacy of this limitation, the amount of the statements issued exceeded the previous year by more than 2 times,” Evgeny Pazechko, head of the Federal Bailiff Service in the Penza region - Chief Bailiff of the region said during the board meeting on Thursday, August 13.

He stressed that as a result, 74 million rubles were recovered, which is 4 times more than in the previous year.

Evgeny Pazechko also noted the need to continue work in this direction, adding that lifting the restrictions after the end of the enforcement proceedings should not be ignored as well.
