In particular, it is planned to develop local regulations, and train the staff.
Moreover, it is scheduled to prepare the educational and rehabilitation program of pre-university training, as well as annex to the rules of admission for undergraduate and graduate departments in the admission and entrance examinations for persons with disabilities.
A large block of work is planned to ensure the availability of buildings and structures of PSU, as well as the inside safety. In particular, it is planned to develop a barrier-free environment in all architectural buildings and dormitories of the university.
Also, the project provides for the purchase of a van with a lift for disabled people.
In addition, the barrier-free environment requires a software update, and the widespread use of distance learning technologies.
