12 people asked him for assistance in solving their problems.
Thus, the residents of houses on Kordon Studeny Street, Vladimir Konovalov, Anna Kolokolova and Marina Terekhina said that they have faced with the problem of registration of land plots.
Victor Kuvaytsev assured that the administration of Penza and the City Duma will do everything possible to resolve the issue.
According to him, the authorities are interested in bringing order to the land.
In turn, the pensioner Valeria Vasilyeva complained about the unauthorized parking, organized under the windows of an apartment house on Volodarskogo Street.
“There is no parking space at all. The cars are dropped on the pedestrian walkways and by the entrances,” the elderly woman explained.
Valeria Vasilieva particularly drew attention to the fact that such parking violate sanitary norms and rules.
Victor Kuvaytsev promised that he will necessarily visit the place as soon as possible to personally assess the situation and offer the residents a suitable solution.
“[last] Friday, knowing that this is a problematic issue for the city, we decided that the administration [of Penza] will develop a procedure for the allocation of parking land. It is necessary to provide people a place to park,” he said.
Also, the head of the city considered the application made by Vera Eremkina regarding road repair on Proizvodstvennaya Street.
“We had the drainage laid at the expense of the residents, and then it was covered — also at the expense of the residents — with gravel. In June, one third of the street was covered with asphalt crumb,” she explained.
According to the woman, the rest of the street is unavailable for walking or driving, including the specialized equipment.
“We need asphalt crumb. Moreover, people are willing to pay for this work,” Vera Eremkina said.
Victor Kuvaytsev promised that the request will be considered, and he will soon examine the road on Proizvodstvennaya Street.
“We shall visit the site to understand how and by what financial means to deal with this,” the head of Penza stressed.
In addition, during the meeting they discussed the issues related to the resettlement from dilapidated housing, water supply problems, the size of the tax on personal property, as well as some others.
All appeals were clarified by Victor Kuvaytsev. He assured that the people will receive assistance in the problem solution.
