In addition, Victor Kuvaytsev examined the flight of stairs mounted on the side of the road for convenience of the residents of Batumskaya, Novoselovka, Yaltinskaya Streets and others. It was the request of the Penza resident Svetlana Sinkina on June 22.
In addition, he visited Sukhumskaya Street, the residents of which twitted to the city head asking to assist in the street improvement and asphalting.
Victor Kuvaytsev found that the work is almost completed and thanked all those taking part in the area development, as well as those who requested it.
According to him, in 2015 the budget of Penza has 70 million rubles to implement the requests of the residents on city development, improvement of pavement, driveways and sidewalks.
It is expected that the same amount will be allocated for improvement in 2016, as well.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, Victor Kuvaytsev personally supervises the execution of requests made by the Penza residents.
Thus, on July 20 during the meeting with the city head, pensioner activist Tamara Chernova told Victor Kuvaytsev about the condition of the residential area near the apartment buildings on Yuzhnaya Polyana, and on behalf of the district residents she asked to assist in the improvement of the neighborhood. She also complained that garbage collection does not work in Proezd Lobachevskogo, and the staff in the nearby kindergarten have to clean the roadway on their own. In addition, according to the pensioner, the sidewalk, located on the territory adjoining Kalinina Street — from TC “Fortuna” up to stadium “Pervomayskiy” is in an improper state.
On July 23, Tamara Chernova personally showed all the problem areas to the head of Penza Victor Kuvaytsev, who arrived to inspect, including those which have recently been made to replace the stripping communications and where the asphalt surface was not restored yet. Particular attention was paid to the uncut grass and clusters of household waste — the result of the irresponsible actions of some residents.
Victor Kuvaytsev and Tamara Chernova examined the alleys of the district, and the city head promised to take necessary measures. He explained that the asphalting of the sidewalks will be held next year as a part of the parliamentary improvement program.
On August 6, the city head went to the place again to personally inspect the work done on the improvement since his last visit.
