Penza region takes 65th place in country-wide urban amenities expenses rating

Penza, 25 August 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region took the 65th place in the 2014 RIA-Rating all-Russian urban amenities expenses published on Tuesday, August 25.

According to the available information, 8% of an average family’s expenses were used to pay bills, which is 0.9% lower than a year ago.
An average monthly bill spending of a Penza region family was calculated at 2,361 rubles.
The most expensive housing bills of 2014 were registered in the Moscow and St. Petersburg regions, Kamchatka, Magadan and Komi – from 16% to 12% of a family’s monthly expenses, ranging from 6,082 to 4,628 rubles.
The least expensive bills, according to the rating, are in Tyva, Dagestan and Chechnya – 6.2%, 4.8% and 4.3%, with averages of 1,558, 1,375 and 1,804 rubles respectively.
