Penza, 25 August 2015. PenzaNews. A large pothole that appeared on the Baumansky viaduct in Penza has rendered the road barely navigable by cars.

The pothole is about 1.5 meters by 1.5 meters wide, and over 10-15 cm deep, and features a deformed manhole foundation without the required cover.

According to the drivers, the pothole appeared here a long time ago and only grew in size over the summer as it regularly gets filled with water.

Those who frequent the viaduct point out they have to navigate the area with particular care, as trying to drive into the pothole on a regular car will lead to severe damage to the front suspension or the underguard bumper section.
