Penza, 26 August 2015. PenzaNews. A government delegation from the Chinese province of Gansu will arrive to Penza on Thursday, August 27, to undergo a short-term career course “Russian Language for Municipal State Servants.”

The delegation plans to stay in the city until September 4.

Among the delegates are Li Juan, Zhu Ye and Feng Jie from the foreign policy secretariate; Hong Jiao, official responsible for the education system in the science and technical management education center; Chang Chang, official responsible for budget process in the finance department; Wei Shonan, member of the province development affairs committee; Jang Zhong, staff officer at the finance management department; Zhao Hailong, member of the state property control and management committee; Gao Yaqiong, member of the healthcare and planned birth committee; and Cao Chang, top manager of the trade company “Bright Briar.”

They will undergo the course using the facilities of the Penza State University.

The Russian language education course for municipal and provincial state servants was negotiated by the people’s government of the Gansu province as part of the course towards the development of Russian-Chinese cooperation, and those who graduated these courses cum laude received an opportunity to further expand their skills at the Penza university, says the PSU press service.
