Penza, 26 August 2015. PenzaNews. The FAS of the Penza region found TNS Energy Penza, a guarantee power supplier in the region, guilty of violating the federal competition protection law by unilaterally terminating several contracts.

“The FAS committee has deemed these actions to be violating or potentially violating interests of other parties and hindering competition in urban management field. As a result, TNC Energo Penza received a note to rectify this antimonopoly law violation,” Marina Goryacheva, press secretary of FAS in the Penza region, informed PenzaNews agency.

As PenzaNews agency reported earlier, the FAS got interested in the unilateral contract dissolution after the company TNS Energo Penza sent these letters to 53 urban management companies. The antimonopoly authority explained that the agreements are public, and therefore unilateral termination is inapplicable for them under the current law.
Criminal proceedings were instituted on violation of the competition protection law.
