Penza, 27 August 2015. PenzaNews. Penza will hold events dedicated to 110 years since the construction of the Cathedral of the Assumption on Friday, August 28.

The cathedral will hold two liturgies on the festive day, at 7.00 and 9.30, the press service of the Penza diocese informed PenzaNews agency.

The first liturgy will be followed by the opening of a charity fair on the square by the church, accompanied by arts workshops and an open feast.

The second liturgy will be followed by a big concert that will involve the archdiocese choir and the governor’s soloist choir “Stargorod.”
