Penza, 2 September 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza city administration warns of its plans to enforce demolition of an illegal building located on the Kirova street, 46 land plot of 1,475 sq. meters by the restaurant “Kupechesky” through court.

The court address against the individual entrepreneur Ekaterina Lukyanova registered in the Moscow region has been received by the Penza region Arbitration Court.

The court has enforced a construction ban on the land plot until the matter is resolved.

Moreover, the Federal Cadastre Service department in the Penza region has enforced a similar temporary ban for cadastre registration of any new capital buildings within the Kirova street, 46 landplot.

The first court hearing is scheduled for September 15.
