Penza, 5 September 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza authorities plan to hold the next auction for the rights to erect and use advertising structures before the end of 2015.

“We must aim to make the lots attractive to the largest outdoor advertising companies that would be able to provide quality service,” said the first vice-mayor Victor Gvozdev during the meeting with the Penza City Advertising Service dedicated to increasing income from advertising structures.

He also added that “outdoor advertising in Penza must be civilized.”

The parties also decided on cutting down on the numbers of city advertising structures.

As a result, the city crews will uninstall several structures in the city historic center and on its main streetways, the press service of Penza city administration informed PenzaNews agency.
