Penza English language club holds first autumn session
Penza, 6 September 2015. PenzaNews. The English language club based in the foreign language department of the Penza Lermontov regional library held its first session on Saturday, September 5, after the summer break.
“The people shared their summer experiences and refreshed their language skills. We also discussed several other topics, including the cultural events in the region and the upcoming gubernatorial election in the Penza region that will take place on September 13,” the club chairman Danila Evstifeev told PenzaNews agency.
The next club session is scheduled for September 19, he added.
The English language club based in the foreign language department of the Penza Lermontov regional library on Belinskovo street, 10, was founded in 1985 by the renowned Penza television host and TV personality Victor Vavilov.
The club brings together people interested in colloquial English who seek to hone their speaking skills in a friendly and informal environment.
