“The officers registered speed limit violations, using manual and automatic photo and video speed detectors,” the press department of the traffic police department in the Penza region informed PenzaNews agency.

Driving speed limit violations remain among the most frequent violations of the traffic rules, they noted.

“A driver who goes too fast risks his life and well-being, as well as lives of others on the road,” the press office stressed.
