Free Wi-Fi access appear in Volga Federal District Sberbank offices

Penza, 10 September 2015. PenzaNews. Sberbank has installed 507 Wi-Fi access spots in its offices in the Penza, Samara, Orenburg, Saratov and Ulyanovsk regions as part of a grandiose Volga Federal District project in cooperation with “Rostelecom.”

Each access spot covers the client area, service rooms and the 24/7 ATM zone of the office.

In particular, Sberbank provided free Wi-Fi both in the main city and 23 area towns and residential areas of the Samara region.

Any person with Internet-accessible device is currently able to use the modern e-services to manage their accounts, transfer money and pay bills, the chairman of the Volga Federal District bank of Sberbank Vladimir Sitnov pointed out.

“And it is our task to let the clients know about convenience of these services and could use them in full. A joint project with ‘Rostelecom’ will help the VFD bank achieve a new, much higher, level of customer service,” he stressed.

In his turn, Sergei Ivanov, director of the Samara branch of “Rostelecom,” noted that the current communications technology allows to quickly anticipate the ever-present increases in customer demand for high-quality service.

“The ‘Rostelecom’ solutions, including banking-related services, helps implementing the most successful customer loyalty support practices. We strongly believe that new Wi-Fi zones in the Volga Federal District offices of Sberbank will elicit a positive reaction from the local citizens,” he added.

Wi-Fi zones will streamline banking operations, including through mobile services, and create comfort for clients, the press service of Sberbank told PenzaNews agency.

“You need to complete authorization to use the Wi-Fi access. For help, ask a Sberbank consultant,” the bank representatives noted.
