Dmitry Polishko leaves Penza city chief architect’s office

Penza, 10 September 2015. PenzaNews. Dmitry Polishko has left the offices of the chief architect and the acting head of the Urban Planning and Architecture Department of the Penza city administration of his own accord.

The former official, who combined the two jobs, was no longer employed at the city administration department as of September 1, the press service of the city hall informed PenzaNews agency.
However, the official phonebook on the Penza city administration website still lists him in his former office.
The website also features a vacancy announcement, dated August 6, according to which the city administration is accepting applications for a contest over municipal offices in the Urban Planning and Architecture Department.
The the offices of the chief architect and the acting head of the department are also listed in the announcement.
The contest is open for applicants with university professional education, extensive knowledge of Russian and regional laws and the Penza City Charter, and at least 2 years of experience as a state servant or 4 years in the relevant profession.
