Bank Kuznetsky issues accreditation to new Termodom apartment buildings

Penza, 11 September 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza Bank Kuznetsky has issued its accreditation to the new apartment buildings in Sputnik City neighborhood built by “Termodom.”

The flats in the buildings No. 55, 58 and 61 are now eligible for the “Novostroyka” mortgage plan.
“‘Termodom’ is a reliable partner that was tested by time and earned great respect in residential estate construction market. I believe the newly accredited buildings will be in great demand with the residents of the city and the region,” the board chairman of Bank Kuznetsky Mikhail Dralin commented for PenzaNews agency.
The information about the mortgage plans is available on the bank website, he added.
Bank Kuznetsky was founded as a limited liability company and registered by the Bank of Russia on October 26, 1990, under No. 609. On January 19, 2012, it was transformed into OJSC Bank Kuznetsky.
On January 14, 2005, OJSC Bank Kuznetsky was included into the register of banks that are enrolled in the compulsory deposit insurance system under No. 428. In July 2015, AK&M rating agency confirmed the bank credit rating at “B++” on the national scale with a “stable” outlook.
