“The budget area is almost completely ready,” he pointed out.

At the same time, Mikhail Kudimov mentioned there were issues with readiness certificates for various heating cycle objects, especially those located in multi-story apartment buildings, due to debts to suppliers.

“However, we are working on it and are closely monitoring the situation,” stressed the Urban Amenities Department chief.

In his turn, the mayor Yuri Krivov stressed the importance of forming unique roadmaps on the apartment buildings with bill debts.

“They must be included in the debt service encouragement program and reviewed for possible area development program participation,” the press service of the Penza city administration quotes Yuri Krivov.
