Illegal tree felling with 500,000-ruble damages detected in Penza region

Belinsky, 16 September 2015. PenzaNews. The Penza region officials detected illegal tree felling activities in the Belinsky area of the region on a land plot in the local tree farm that was given for rent.

The culprits cut down over 64 cubic meters of black adder and willow tree, the press service of the regional Ministry of Forestry informed PenzaNews agency.

“The damages are calculated at 511,904 rubles. The police have been informed of this event,” they clarified.
